Greek Mythology : Titan God Cronos

Back when the world was just beginning, (at least, according to Greeks) Titan God Cronos was a son of Ouranos (Another god) and married to Rhea (an another goddess). He was power obsessed and proved that by castrating (removed his testicles) his father in order to become the big shot.

Then he feared on of his children would do the same or at least overthrow him. He then started to eat every single one of his children.

Except Zues. Then Zeus grew up, south out Cronos and made him to vomit up all the baby he had eaten over the years. Those babies were still alive (They were also god, remember). Great war raged for over a decade (Clash of the Titans) and Zeus and his siblings eventually winning out. It’s a creepy story, isn’t it?
