Leonardo Da Vinci : as enigmatic as his Mona Lisa

I feel like there are so many smartest figure in history but the one person that immediately comes to mind is Leonardo Da Vinci.
Some of his accomplishments:
  1. Developed the usage of calculators, telescopes, solar power, a theory for plate tectonics, and many more.
  2. Designed a tank in the 1400s! It looked like this:
3. Was a pioneer in the field of robotics. He designed a personal robot that functioned by a complex system of mechanical cranks and wires, allowing the head to rotate and the arms to swivel.
4. Made a very detailed visualization of flight and flying machines. Some of his diagrams in his notebook shows what seems to be helicopters and gliders, not to mention landing gears.
5. Da Vinci dissected human corpses and was the first one to sketch multiple organ systems in his notebook. Inside, he drew the human brain, the multiple heart components, and even human fetus positions according to gestation weeks.
Not to mention, his most famous painting….
Many historians consider Leonardo Da Vinci to be one of the most diverse and creative human beings to ever live, as his interests in so many fields were multiple centuries ahead of everyone else. He defined the concept of the “Universal Genius” and I’m not sure if anyone else can have as an accurate claim to it.
One of Da Vinci’s notebooks, the Codex Leicester was sold to Bill Gates for 30 million dollars in 1994. It was converted into an online format and is now available online.
