Amazing Incidents....!

1. Australia once “lost” a prime minister : During the Vietnam war(1967) , The Prime minister of country of Australia, Harold Holt went missing, never to be found. Four decades after Harold Holt’s bizarre disappearance at Cheviot Beach, a coronial inquiry confirmed that he had accidentally drowned. [1]. They haven’t recovered his body yet!

2. Planet Gliese 436 b is made of “burning ice” : This planet is close to the size of Neptune and orbits a red-dwarf star Gliese in the constellation Leo. Its surface temperatures are more than 400 degree Celsius. Its surface is covered with ice. Not dry ice, but ice-the solid H2O. In spite of having temperatures way beyond the boiling point , the water on this planet retains its solid form due to its immense gravitational pull. The gravity compresses the water molecules into states called Ice X or Ice VII. [2]

3. Puma and Adidas founders were brothers: Rudolph Dassler and Adolf Dassler were born into a German Family. They jointly formed the company Dassler Brothers Shoe Factory, with headquarters at Bavaria, Germany. But soon differences grew and they split in 1948. Rudolf found Ruda ( which later became Puma) and Adolf found Adidas. [3]
