From Cement Factory to Castle Home

This Ladies and Gentlemen is an abandoned Cement Factory.
And this is a Castle 'La Fábrica'
What is common between these two?
This Cement Factory was a shutdown unit near Barcelona, Spain. It was spotted by a genius architect Ricardo Bofill and he immediately decided to own that factory in 1973.
This was the Factory when purchased.
After putting endless efforts and countless working hours, that factory was converted into a 3100 meter sq. Castle unimaginable in the year 1975.
But it took nearly four decades to grow a full featured landscape over and around the Castle.
Have a look at these interiors!
This Castle contains a Cathedral, many Gardens, a Gym, a Swimming Pool and all possible amenities that a modern day house can have!
If this is not a Marvel then what is.
