I have read about this long back and thought of sharing this…

Diomede islands - Two islands which are 4 kms apart and separated by an international border and date line.

Big Diomede belongs to Russia and Little Diomede is a part of Alaska.

Despite being separated by just 3.8 kilometers, the Diomede Islands find themselves not only in different countries, but also twenty hours apart, due to the International Date Line passing between them.

So, travelling from one island to other can be considered a time travel ??!
